Back in 1994, Vincenzo Pugliese had a simple but bold idea: people still crave wholesome, made-from-scratch comfort food, and he was ready to build a restaurant around it. With that belief, La Rosa Chicken & Grill was born in Marlboro, New Jersey.
Food had always been a part of Pugliese’s life. Growing up in the family business, from fast food counters to full-service dining, he gained the insight and passion to create something different: a casual dining concept built on old-world traditions, freshly prepared meals, and genuine hospitality.
